Refund on Valor Terminal

You will need either the credit card present or the full credit card number and expiration date to complete a refund on the Valor Terminal.

• **If you do not have the full credit card number call Phase 3 Payments Support at 855-374-2733 for help.

Tap on the 3 LINES at the bottom of the screen. Select #1 Payment

On the next screen select #1 Credit

Select #5 Refund

You will now need to enter the refund dollar amount and hit the GREEN button on the keypad.

On the CONFIRMATION screen make sure the dollar amount is correct and if everything looks good hit the OK on the screen or Green button on the keypad. 

Now the REFUND screen will show up and it will say “present card”- you can just start typing in the credit card number with the number keypad. After you have entered the credit card number, now enter in the expiration date. There is a box for CVV but you do not need this information to do the refund. Hit OK on the screen or the GREEN button on the keypad. 

A screen will pop up asking for a signature, sign in the box, and then hit the GREEN button on the keypad. A receipt will print and the refund has gone through.
